2003 was the first year for our NASCAR Pool with 81 members. The final Participant Standings and the 2003 Victory Lane can be viewed by selecting the links on the left.

 

The 2003 season ending was an exciting finish for some participants. Going into the last race at Homestead several participants were fighting for the 5 paying positions. Several participants made trades prior to the race in a last ditch effort to be in the top 5, some paid off while others didn't. Positions 4 through 7 were seperated by only 14 points. When the race was over all top 5 positions except for the 1st had changed. 2nd place droped to 5th and some that were out of the top 5 moved into the top 5 moving some out off the money.

 

The 2003 season was a fun season and generated a lot of interest in Nascar. Enjoy the 2004 season and if you missed the 2004 season there will be the 2005 season.
